It is very important to have good relationship with colleagues in any work place. A good social interaction leads to energetic or vibrant work atmosphere. In every firm a recreational area needs to be added to improve the interaction between the employees.

When two people work well together, they can bounce ideas off of one another and serve the users more efficiently. (Hales-Mabry.p.23)
